Notes

Felt decent on the track for running alone and taking the wind this afternoon. A solid speed/fartlek workout to adjust to increasing pace and fatigue. Very windy on backstretch and wind at back on homestretch. One of my better workouts being able to keep that consistent on tired legs. Enjoy doing some of that decreasing rest style of workouts.
