Weather was bad outside again but joined the group to at least get some miles in outside. Headed out for Modaff, came back closer to school and went straight on Charles. Added on North Ave hill back through Columbia. Up the hill and then back over toward Loomis and incline. Back to the front of the stadium and then finished my last good chunk inside on the track. Achilles is tender for sure but muscularly not bad at all.
