Notes

Did part of the workout with group 3 today to see how the body felt. Pace felt ok but hip wasn't good. Did 2 reps and then did a set of 200's before calling it a day. Finished up with that, then got my cool down in before 270 push-ups, 350 crunches and a good chunk of lifting today.
