Tried to run the first mile of the time trial. Was hoping to be able to do some work for Spain but that really didn't work out today. We were out in 64 and after that the pace was just too much. I was on his shoulder the next couple laps but couldn't pick it up enough to get by him. The last lap even started to tie up a bit so stepped off the track and watching an amazing time trial that night by most all of those guys. Spain continued to look just obnoxious and all but 5 or 6 guys pr'd, and a few of those I'm not concerned with because they just have fast pr's.
