Notes
Hill was very tough today. Ran the first 2 or so feeling quite strong. The last 2 to 3 were very tough but kept pushing through that pain to get to the top. On my own today for the hill so picking off high school girls or Elmhurst kids most of the way but kept pushing despite tying up pretty bad near the end due to yesterday's box jumps. Still was moving pretty good, did all 6 hills in 12:06.
