Felt sluggish and awkward on easier warm-up but then felt pretty good on the track in the afternoon. All of the last 200's were 29 to 30 high. Solid turnover day running with the mid-distance guys. Extremely windy so just ran hard on the last 200 of each while essentially trying to do 40/30s.
