Hit 5.3 in 16 minutes(19.9 mph) , then 10.8 in 32 minutes(20.25mph), 16.73 at 49:42(20.2mph). That was all for the the bike path out to Dupage and into Bolingbrook and back. Then headed out to Greene Valley and back. This after the first couple miles directly into the wind went much better and felt much quicker. Got this last 13.9 in 41:02(20.3mph) but that also included all the uphill. Ended up hitting 30.6 miles today at 20.25mph. Pretty solid ride and legs felt much looser after the massage with Jennifer yesterday. Glad to get something in because the last couple days at work have been very long and didn't end up working out. Weather was gorgeous again today.
