Notes

Ran the Rotary workout again today, this time with Jake for the majority. Tempo felt much better than last week and we extended it a bit. Much closer to 3 miles in my opinion. Then got over to the hill where Jake absolutely dominated me. Didn't have amazing turnover today but felt decent overall. Only did 6 hills. Then did a fartlek on the way back. We did 5 or 6 x 1 minute pick-ups with close to full recovery in between. Didn't feel great on that part but felt so-so. Got back to the track and did 6 strides where I felt very strong and smooth. Got a nice long stretch afterward but need to do a lot more foot strengthening still.
