Notes

Legs still felt a bit tired today but headed over to Knock Knolls/DuPage River Park. Felt good to get on the trails a little bit but they were way muddier than I expected. Still went a bit shorter than hoped but needed my sleep more than a couple more miles. Decent run overall. Finished up and got my 200 push-ups and 500 crunches in.
