Clicked it off pretty good on the bike today. Was absolutely drenched today. Built into it, ended up doing a good increasing tempo again the first 35 minutes. Then did 2 hard 1 easy 30 of the last 35 minutes before getting a 5 minute cool-down. Workout was super tough and kept the heart rate way up there but the legs felt really strong today. 12.6 for both parts today.
