Was not what I had in mind after taking a couple days off. That same bone still hurt off and on throughout the run and was too noticeable to allow for full movement. Temp was about 0 degrees or just under this morning with wind chills about -10 to -15. Ran with Monty and Tim Lesiewicz out towards WWS and then I turned around at Galusha Rd and started doing my pickups right around my apartment. Not what I wanted out of today, but realized I either need to see a doctor soon or see if my chiro can find out if the pain is nerve related. Either option is what I was trying to avoid and unfortunately my prolong my track debut but as long as I can at least cross-train at a high level until this goes away, I can get over it.
