Legs were tired today and struggled late to keep up with Nathaniel as he definitely appeared to feel really good and kept slowly pulling away. Added some fartlek and pick-ups late to close strong the last couple miles with him and Spain. Not quite what I had in mind today but have to stay tough and get used to those experiences again. Added more strides at the end.
