Notes

Joined the team for morning run and turned off early to just get in 3 miles. My arch felt miserable through the first mile and a half, and then opened up a bit. Then got back to NCC, switched to flats and started doing my 200s to open up since I won't be able to definitely use the track after work tonight. Ran 30,32,30,31,31,31,31,32 all with 32 seconds rest. Legs felt pretty smooth on those, even with the shorter rest but still need this arch issue to fix itself if I want my normal push-off to be useful for track soon.
