Legs felt like complete shit after last night's track workout. Definitely could've used a bit more sleep but told BS and Enright that I'd be there. Was hoping to warm up after a few miles but felt worthless just about the entire run. Had a mile or two that felt smooth the whole time. Don't really have a better time to get a longer run in the rest of the week anyways unless I go Sunday. Nice to get out there with the group again, but look forward to feeling better next time. Out there this morning with BS, Henz, Krump, and Enright.
