Very toasty run this morning. Headed out to springbrook with the group and humidity was through the roof. Tried to keep everything nice and smooth today. Wanted to run with the group but waited for Kachlik to make sure we had groups together. Eventually headed off on my own and struggled with footing a bit on the grass loop. Solid run overall but foot has definitely had enough.
