Legs felt decent today. Felt awkward the whole warm-up but had a decent enough time for taking it easier than normal. Then it was chilly and wet, but felt fine on track-work. Out in 65-66 for 800's, 67's for 600's. Never felt bouncy and left foot was giving me issues but pace didn't feel too rough at all. Solid workout for being by myself and chilly weather.
