Notes
Met up with Josh out at McDowell today. Took awhile to build into this but kept it nice and smooth out there, nothing too fast today. Headed out over to Blackwell, up the hill and came back. Added on a few more grass loops once we got done with that with some fartlek the last 15 minutes. Legs still felt tired and not bouncy today but needed to get the medium long run in this week.
