Notes

3 mile tempo with some of the guys directly after the massage with Jennifer. Legs felt surprisingly strong on this part of the workout as we built through. Ended up running 16:11 for whatever distance that actually is. Jogged around for just under 6 minutes on the way over to the hill and then ran the 6 hills portion in 12:20. Felt relatively strong but definitely tired and struggled a bit with the heat today.
