Just a building run on the riverwalk path today out to Washington St past 87th. Out in 22:40 or something around there and back in under 20 again. Added some min on, min off the last 2 miles or so. Took awhile to open up and felt a touch better with the fartlek but legs were definitely a bit tired from yesterday.
