Just a smoother ride compared to pushing yesterday. Chose some roads that are easier to keep a rhythm on for the first half. Headed out Gartner out to Greene Valley. Turned around at the foot of the hill and headed back. Finished up to Oleson, then headed over to Bailey. Took that down to the bike path, out through DuPage over around the lake in Bolingbrook and back. Legs were sore today, with quads a bit beat up. Also, lower back was getting tight the last 30 minutes or so. Good ride today with mix of hills and flat and some wind.
