Notes

Ran over to Arrowhead today, then did Dmitri's hill workout, bound up the hill, sprint down the hill and 3 x 90 percent strides. Did that twice before adding 10 more hills and then a little bit of running backwards and side to side to try to strengthen the rest of the lower legs and feet. Just wore the Nike Frees today, no orthotics and felt pretty good about it. Got to enjoy the drizzle today at least even though I missed the torrential downpours by about 15 minutes unfortunately. Enjoyed the workout today and switching it up a bit.
