Building warm-up for Quarryman today. Weather was low 30s and windy. Headed out with the wind at my back to get over to the I&M Canal path. Legs took awhile to loosen up and open up. Turned around and never really felt good coming back into the cold wind but had plenty of time to get warmed up. Not as much time as normal for drills on this as I wanted to be as warm as possible before the race.
