Legs were tired today and weather was bitter cold again. Wind really ripped through and numbed my face right away and my hands by 40 or 50 minutes in. Headed out to Herrick Lake, and footing was rough because it was frozen still. Enjoyed being off alone for awhile We'll see how torn up I am tomorrow from this weekend. Nice long stretch after everything was said and done.
