Notes

Felt really awkward today but needed to try to run. I am just sick of not doing it and I need to know how the foot feels. The body feels strong but very awkward with form. Terrible at breathing, foot strike, hills, and my foot was definitely not great, even though it was ok. Tried to wear Hoka's to take all pressure off from a cushion perspective but just meant I felt less smooth. Came through the mile much faster than expected at 5:57, the somehow managed to run the last mile in 5:06 without a kick just trying to maintain form and pace. Glad with that result but not with how unsmooth I felt. Hips felt really weird so just a different day. Glad to get something in but not enough distance to keep my sanity yet and was even worse when my heel hurt like normal the next day.
