Definitely struggled a little more with form on these than last time I was inside. Piriformis on both sides were getting tighter with each one but tried to keep smooth and strong. Form was relatively good considering we were in lanes 2 and 3 today. Another solid way to end a strong workout. Just standing/walking rest for a minute or two after each one.
