Notes

Time may be more or less, definitely not too much less. Just a guess on distance as well. Just cooled down with the rest of the guys on the indoor track while the rest of the meet went on. Legs actually felt strong and smooth again on this cool-down and the new facility is awesome. The track is bouncy and no shin or foot pain. Also the super wide lanes felt comfortable to race on as well as cool-down on. Nice close off to the day.
