Pretty solid tempo run alone out at little red today. Really felt like getting out there even though it's easier to push when someone else is with. Waited til after the college meeting and then drove out. The temperatures were cooler than it was earlier in the day and definitely cooler than normal. Outside of some mud, the route was running pretty smoothly. Wasn't sure how much I needed to build into this so outside of having to stop and shit in the first few miles, then run went well. Hit the bottom of the hill in 35:28, which means I closed everything off in 28:01. Definitely tired the last couple miles but had a pretty strong kick out there today. Really closed hard down the road. Not too shabby for my first little red of the year.
