Weather was fairly nice today but took a couple minutes to get my feet/arches to open up and stop feeling painful. Ran over to Jane's house to help Amber get the fridge in her car. Felt good on that portion. Took a good 10-15 minute break to get that stuff arranged and then headed back out to the roads. Kept a bit slower/more relaxed after that until I started my pickups. Averaged 5:30 pace over the last 3.3 miles/ 18:00 of the run. Felt pretty good on the first couple pick-ups, then a bit more fatigued on the latter ones but still a pretty solid recovery day overall. Nice to have some low to mid 30s temps without 60 mph winds. Ran 50 minutes steady before running 2 min on, 1 min off the last 18 mintues.
