Tough workout tonight on very tired and sore legs. Mainly tough because everything was so sore and tired from the last few days and the hot temps. Would like to do this fresh sometime soon and see if I can get 10 fairly comfortably or not. Kept the 1:30 interval so 21 secs rest for the first, 23 for the 2nd, 24 for the 3rd. Finished the mile overall with rest included in 5:33. Legs were not feeling great, especially upper hamstrings but glad to try to shake the shit out of my legs.
