Notes

Took awhile to get the legs going today but felt pretty strong and smooth outside of the tight hip flexors that failed me pretty good all 3 downs on the downhill portions. Felt strong and smooth on the rest of these portions, and actually was bounding uphill which felt good. Had to go a touch shorter than normal to get back to work on time and decided against fartlek on the way back. Solid run anyways.
