Notes

Got a great workout in this morning once my legs and body finally opened up. Took a long time to feel like I was doing alright but had a strong 90 minute ride. Ran low on time afterward so ended up falling short on push-ups for the day. Only got in 160 push-ups but got 400 ab exercises with the med ball before hurrying off to work. Felt very strong and structurally sound for the brief couple hours after this. Very solid workout day.
