Notes

Pool running this morning. Got over there a bit later than hoped but slept really well last night, so knew it was needed. Did a 5 minute warm-up and then 16 x 1:00 hard with :30 easy recovery in between followed by a 5 minute cool-down. Packed a decent workout into a short time before our managers' meeting this morning. Definitely don't feel as strong and smooth as I've felt at times in the pool but know that will come if I get stuck in here long enough. Got the heart rate up and pretty stoked that the pool is open most of the day today so I should be able to get back in early this afternoon before hitting up the weight room.
