No clue on the actual pace today. Foot wasn't great off the bat and headed down to Blackhawk anyways. Was glad to get out and do the hills but foot wasn't excited about the terrain. Trails continue to gradually get worse but glad to be on some trails. Fairly uneventful at least overall. Finally about 50 minutes in started doing 1 minute on, 1 minute off for the better part of the rest of the run with a few longer breaks in between. Felt good for about 3 or 4 of them and then just felt fatigued later. Pushed chunks of the last mile pretty hard but apparently still only closed in 6:05. Need to run more hills.
