Notes

Legs felt like complete garbage tonight. Haven't run in a couple weeks and foot is still tender. Add to that, very sore and tight hips and no warm-up or stretching and took quite awhile to open up. Even breathing was labored for about half the run. Got in a better rhythm the second half while running with Kyle and foot handled things alright considering. Not ready to run again yet but felt nice to be out again.
