Very slow first few miles with Marisa tonight starting just before 8. Headed near a lot of the river overflows and over by the police station before dropping her off at home and heading towards a morning run route over by the school on Charles. Then added on over to North Ave and up the hill. That was a bit tougher with the wind in my face. Then headed back down Sleight and picked it up the last mile to see what I could hit. Ran the last mile in 5:08. Not too shabby for being in the Hoka's. Felt pretty solid while going easy but tougher to run fast in those shoes.
