Notes

Got a little more hill session in today with the bridges and another warm day. Finished up with that and had felt pretty dead so ended up doing 5 x 200's. Don't have top end speed with my hip right now but did feel fairly smooth besides that. Finished up with that and then did 210 push-ups and 350 crunches. Enjoyed the rest of the day relaxing and being on the beach.
