Notes

Longer run with Kyle and Warstler. Was still a bit toasty outside today and legs were really sore and weak when we started. Right glute and hamstring seemed like they weren't working at all. Decided to try to keep the pace comfortable enough to keep the run going. Headed out to DuPage River Park and Brady turned around right before we got there. Then we headed in on the trails, got some of the single track and then the grass loop before heading back out. Picked up the pace a touch on the way back and was averaging just over 6 minute pace. Legs are still tired and need to continue to work on form. Did push-ups and core for the first time in awhile and then a few resistance lifts as well before calling it a day.
