Tried to keep some shorter intervals today to keep some speed in my legs after a long week without my normal workouts. Glad to keep all the 200's between 30-31 but didn't feel that strong or bouncy. Had to keep running out into lane 2 on the backstretch and ducking University of Chicago soccer coaches trying to get in my way. All the recoveries ranged from 48-55 seconds.
