Notes

Just a slow building run on the treadmill. Wanted to keep my streak of days going with at least 2 miles this year so just took it nice and easy. Going to get the foot and shin re-evaluated tomorrow morning so we'll see if I can keep up with the resolution. Outside of that shin and foot, and very tight upper legs likely from friday's race, the legs have been feeling pretty strong lately.
