TEMPERATURE: high 60s
COMMENTS: Good run with the lunatics. The route was 16 and I pulled off short because of time and it doesn't feel like I am back to the long distances yet. Little aches in the hips still but no shin pain and still working out the arch of my foot pain a bit.
