COMMENTS: Nice run. I hurt like crazy running down hills and then loved the ups. I know I am suppose to take it easy but by mile 4 I was really loving being out. Mile 6 I stretched it out a bit and ran a 7:36. I know, stupid but it was feeling good and I think it helped my soreness a bit.
