Notes

Hill workout on the cycling units. Level 10. Heart rate was between 148 and 176 on the hills. Good workout. I felt like pushing a bit and did. Pushed hard on the hills kept rpms around 90 to 96. During the down minutes rpms were 101 to 106. On the final hills I pushed the rpms to over 100 on the last 20 to 30 seconds of minutes hills.

Level 10 Hill workout is one minute hills, one minute flat, one minute hills, one minute flat, ......
