COMMENTS: Most brutal run I have done this year I think. High winds making wind chill in the teens. Blowing snow and hilly route at the Lake of the Ozarks. Last couple of miles were directly into the wind and we pushed the pace to have 8:05 then a 7:36 then 6:40's for the last .3. Felt pretty good and strong but could not have given much more.
