COMMENTS: Ran with Norm today. Felt not great and then about 7 miles in I took a break and walked a bit. Turned off from Norm and hooked back up with him but shortened my run to 11 instead of 12. I think that I am tired this week as this is my first week of 6 days and 40 plus miles in quite a few weeks.
