COMMENTS: Ran 4 with Elly then ran the Tripp 10K with the running group. Felt pretty good. Ran the 10K at 8min or under pace. Having some soreness in my legs. Maybe from more stretching. Marathon is less than 2 weeks. Trying to taper and not workout too hard. Mostly need to pay attention to taper the eating with the running taper.
