COMMENTS: Ran with the Lunatics this morning (Phil, Norm, Andy, Hugh, Brett, Shandra). We had a good solid evenly paced run going. About mile 12 I had to make a pit stop and deal with Thanksgiving gorging. After a nice stop I endeavored to finish the 18. Legs were very tight about mile 14 and I decided to head on back to car so turned off route up Chapel Hill to Forum to Stadium and down to the Stadium MKT. Solid 17 miles. Good run for me.
