Notes
Brett, Dale, David, Richard and myself headed out this morning. I fully intended on 10 miles and the 4 hours of sleep and humid heat beat me up by mile 8. I am ok to run 6 to 8 and can even pull a little pace occasionally. I haven't been able to really step into the long runs with any regularity and confidence. I still enjoy running but would love to feel that I am getting some base under me.
I am getting some discomfort in my right chest about mid way down that last through the day. This is the side of my lung surgery from Feb. I am hoping that this just minimal effects from surgery but if feels not like a surface or skin discomfort but a lung and breathing type discomfort.
