COMMENTS: 2 Bead Day with the Running Group-(ice & wind chill). 5 degrees this morning with wind chill at -10. The challenge is great. It was a good 6 miles this morning; however, I went out a bit too fast in response to the cold and had to slow down my last two miles. Had a couple miles under 8 min pace.
