COMMENTS: Nice run this morning. Held a good pace mostly. Felt good, legs were tired but it did not affect me all day. Jaira, Norm, Phil, Dale, David, and I started off the day and had a hilly first 6 or 7 miles then a nice 4 mile stretch of trail with a one last hill up to the new stadium then back down the other side to the cars.
