TEMPERATURE: Upper 50's
COMMENTS: Humid outside this morning. I ran 2.5 pretty slow before the T/Th run group. Then I ran a little over 5 with the group. Feel like I have lost something. I cannot push the pace with my injury. Felt my shins pretty good by mile 5 or 6 but they did not hurt all day. So will keep taking it easy but try to get in slow runs.
